Policy and Guarantee

The Basics

  1. 30 Days - All Kraft Music orders are protected under our 30 Day Kraft Music Guarantee. If something isn't right with your order, you are covered!
     
  2. Keep the Boxes - In order to make this process as easy as possible, be sure to keep all boxes and packing material for the first 30 days. This will really speed things along so you can get your exchange or refund fast!
     
  3. Worn Packaging - If your order shows up looking less than perfect, don't worry! Go ahead and accept that package and open it up. Every package we ship is designed to be handled, loaded and unloaded from trucks, and still keep the contents free from damage or any other problems. Always receive the package and if you're unsure if you should open it, get in touch! If a package is refused and our team finds no damage upon inspection, it is considered a Satisfaction return.
     
  4. Condition - We're more than happy to help with your return, so be sure that everything is in "new" condition. Returns that show any abuse or unusual wear may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. Contact us right away so we can get that product off your hands!
     
  5. Contact Us! - We encourage buyers to contact us about any order, payment, shipment, or product issues using eBay's messaging service. You can expect a speedy reply by the end of the following business day. We are in the office Monday through Friday and will gladly work with you to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Returns
If you’re returning a damaged or defective product, we’ll cover the shipping costs! Pack up the order and your Sales Advisor will either provide return labels or arrange for pickup, depending on the original shipment method. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Satisfaction Returns
If you’re returning a product for a refund, you are not responsible for any restocking fees! You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Pack up the order and open a return in eBay. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. If you purchased a Kraft Music bundle, all items included in the bundle must be returned.

Non-Returnable Items
We do our best to take care of all our customers who would like to return an item, but there are a few items we cannot take returns on.

  • Headphones/Microphones or any other product where hygiene is a concern
  • Software
  • Books/Videos/CDs/DVDs
  • Opened guitar strings or polish
  • Used Drum Sticks
Payments

All payments for orders through our eBay store must be processed through PayPal. When making your payment, please take extra care to select the correct shipping address. We must ship to the verified address that is entered with the order. If you make a mistake and select the wrong shipping address at checkout, let us know right away so we can cancel the order before it ships. You can then reorder with the correct address.

Because we must ship to the verified order address, we cannot offer local pickup on our eBay listings. We are also unable to hold a package for pickup at a UPS customer center. If you need help coordinating your delivery, let us know!

Shipping and Handling

Orders placed through the Kraft Music eBay store can only ship to addresses within the 48 states of the continental US. Kraft Music cannot process or ship orders outside the United States. We must ship to the verified address entered along with your order, and we cannot ship to PO boxes. Paid orders ship within 1-2 business days. Below is a map showing UPS Ground Shipping estimates:

In order to properly protect larger and heavier products, we ship those products with our freight service of choice, CEVA Logistics. These items are typically delivered in 7-10 business days. We’ll provide you with tracking information for your freight shipment within 24 hours of your order leaving our facility. This includes access to CEVA’s website, allowing you to track the order, schedule a delivery date, and schedule a delivery window! Occasionally, some deliveries cannot be scheduled using the website. If that happens, you’ll be given a special phone number to arrange delivery. Most deliveries take place on weekdays (Monday through Friday) within standard business hours and require a signature.

Deliveries do not include assembly, but our knowledgeable staff of Sales Advisors can talk you through the easy and quick process of assembling your digital piano. With some simple instructions and the occasional screwdriver, you’re all set to go.
